Ya’ll KNOW fall is for football, cozy sweaters, cider mills, and comfort food. This is my favorite time of year and these are some of my favorite recipes! Enjoy!
Pork Loin with Wine & Herb Gravy
Lets start with this bad boy. This recipe will go down in history for one of my all-time favorites. It’s a lot of work but SO worth it!
Creamy Tuscan Garlic Tortellini Soup
Can you get ANY cozier than soup? If you are anything like my husband – your soup needs some serious heartiness to it…it needs to be a meal, not a drink. This one is for you hungry soup lovers – I see you over there.
Apple Spice Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
I don’t know about you guys, but my definition of breakfast sometimes includes cake. If you haven’t noticed yet, I’m a big fan of cake. Either way you have it, in the morning or in the evening…I suggest pairing it with a cup of coffee – so yummy!
Chili is a Halloween tradition of ours. We make a huge pot to share with the neighbors and set up a bon fire in the drive way while trick-or-treaters are out and about. Whether you are having a chili cook off, tailgating, or it’s football Sunday…make up some cornbread and enjoy! One thing I did add myself to this recipe when I made it was about a half cup of dry red wine – but I add wine to everything so that is completely optional, but then again, isn’t everything in chili optional? That’s the beauty of it, you make it how YOU like it.
Two words to my heart – “smoked” and “cheese”. Need I say more?
There ya go! Top 5 favorite cozy fall dishes. Hope you Enjoy!
